Maria leverages more than 25 years of corporate career in investment banking and as CEO of ASX listed Anagenics Limited. A strategic thinker with a technical background, Maria has a track record in executing on growth objectives, raising successful rounds of capital and delivering on complex cross border acquisitions and divestments. With direct capital markets experience Maria is well versed in executing corporate transactions on behalf of clients within regulatory and governance frameworks.
